The property was neat and exceptionally comfortable. Had exceptional views of the lake and the mountains. - the room was fantastic and brand-new. - Had a fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe. - the bed was extremely comfy. - the staff were amazingly friendly and attentive.

Magnificent and absolutely perfect location of this modern place, near the mountains, the center and the sea of Ioannina. Reasonably large, brand-new room, very good Wi-Fi.

the room was spotless, huge and included climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. everywhere there was clean. the hotel had good location just off ioannina, greece, and pamvotida lake. we stopped by passaggio for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Absolutely great hotel in a nice quiet area close to the sea of Ioannina. the rooms have good beds. - Particularly good location, especially for us. - Plenty of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The standard queen room is huge and modern. There is a lot of facilities in the room such as : a mini refrigerator, climate control, and a personal safe. Staff is very amiable and you can park your car on-site.

The location was perfect – close enough to walk to the city center but far enough from the noise. The view of the lake from our room was absolutely stunning! Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities provided were exceptional.

You will also enjoy the private parking facility and other amenities such as a kitchenette and massage shower cabin.

Despite its comfortable facilities, one aspect that needs improvement is the radiator which doesn't have an adjustment option and turns off when guests leave the room.
